7D1. Implementation of the plan of care established by the physical therapist:

• Customize a formal presentation delineating the plan of care components, including interventions, goals, and outcomes of a patient in clinical care, informed by available literature
• Distinguish contraindications, indications, procedural parameters, and safety issues concerning intervention strategies in physical therapy within the context of other health concerns related to the delivery of the physical therapy plan of care
• Examine situations requiring collaboration with the supervising physical therapist in a formal presentation of a patient in clinical care
• Utilizing the ICF model, demonstrate how interactions between health conditions and contextual factors influenced the implementation of the plan of care and eventual patient outcomes

7D2. Select and perform components of data collection using appropriate tests and measures for all phases of PT interventions in:
