This course provides students with the basic knowledge of developing new ideas, skills, and techniques to meet the requirements and responsibilities of today’s supervisory positions in the masonry industry. During this course participants will learn the roles & responsibilities of the foreman. They will learn how to create an effective work team, communicate effectively, apply problem-solving skills, document & maintain records, plan & schedule work, implement a safety program and ensure quality of work.
