This course provides participants with the advanced knowledge of developing new ideas, skills and techniques to meet the requirements and responsibilities of today’s supervisory positions in the masonry institute. It is appropriate for newer foremen to broaden their understanding of the responsibilities of their job and to provide tools and techniques to better fulfill those responsibilities. It is also important for experienced supervisors to update their understanding of supervision, to strengthen their skills in traditional areas, and to develop new skills in emerging areas.
