PAET 203 - Planting & Harvest Systems PREREQUISITES/COREQUISITE: PAET 100 - Introduction to Precision Agriculture

Introduces the student to precision monitoring systems used in both planting and harvesting processes.

- Demonstrate the use and functionality of mechanical systems found on planting and harvesting systems.
- Anaylze the use and functionality of hydraulic systems found on planting and harvesting systems.
- Review the use and functionality of electrical systems found on planting and harvesting systems.
- Demonstrate operational methods of a planting monitor system.
- Operate a yield monitoring system.
- Determine the use and functionality of variable rate technology on planting systems.
