In today’s fast-paced business environment, organizations increasingly rely on intrapreneurs, employees who innovate within established organizations, to drive growth, adaptability, and long-term competitiveness. This course equips employees with the mindset, tools, and strategies to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and champion change from within. Through design-thinking, real-world simulations, and project-based learning, employees will learn to frame problems, develop business models, manage risks, navigate internal politics, and pitch ideas effectively. By the end of the course, participants will not only understand intrapreneurship as a driver of organizational success but also gain practical experience designing and presenting their own intrapreneurial initiatives. Ideal for aspiring changemakers in business, management, and beyond, the course empowers individuals to act as catalysts for innovation, cultural transformation, and sustainable value creation in their workplaces.

MAJOR COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be expected to:
