An opportunity for the intermediate paralegal student to acquire valuable field experience by working under attorney supervision. The student keeps a journal and prepares a report of his or her experience at the end of the semester.
MAJOR COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon successful completion of this course the student will be expected to
- Discuss and demonstrate the interrelatedness of school and work.
- Apply the theories from the textbooks and classroom to the realities and practicalities of the workplace.
COURSE CONTENT: Topical areas of study include -
- Culmination of PARA topical areas relevant to specific work environments.
