This course was designed to review curricular topics in preparation for students to sit for a national certification exam for paralegals. This course will help sharpen writing and critical analysis skills and review various areas of law that are tested on the national certification exams.
MAJOR COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon successful completion of this course the student will be expected to:
- Explain and measure the various legal substantive subject matters attested on national certification exams.
- Demonstrate proficient grammar and written communication skills.
- Identify legal terms and definitions.
- Compose a work ready resume and cover letter.
