Reviews content of program, emphasizing anatomy, physics, imaging principles, positioning and MRI safety. Simulated registry exams prepare the student for the American Registry of MRI Technologist Examination.
MAJOR COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon successful completion of this course the student will be expected to:
- Discuss topics of extended study relevant to entering the profession.
- Relate and extend current studies to the content specifications of the American Registry of MRI Technologists.
- Successfully complete simulated registry examinations.
