  • Develop an entrepreneurial mindset characterized by innovation, resilience, and adaptability. Cultivate problem-solving and critical thinking skills to validate business ideas, identify customer needs, and explore product or service opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and apply lean marketing principles to develop and implement cost-effective marketing strategies. Build customer segmentation and execute marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital and social media.
  • Create and refine business models using tools such as the Business Model Canvas. Understand and apply basic financial concepts, including startup costs, revenue projections, and cost analysis, to support entrepreneurial decision-making.
  • Develop financial acumen by preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, conducting break-even analysis, and forecasting sales. Evaluate various funding options for small businesses and understand capital management principles.

  • Apply entrepreneurship knowledge in a real-world setting by launching or refining a business. Evaluate business performance, formulate growth strategies, integrate mentor feedback, and explore funding opportunities for sustainable business growth.
  • Prepare to launch your business by creating and testing a prototype or minimum viable product (MVP), developing a go-to-market strategy, and preparing for operational challenges. Explore opportunities for business expansion through scalability planning, funding strategies, and continuous market adaptation.
