  • Conduct market analysis and apply lean marketing principles to develop and implement cost-effective marketing strategies. Build customer segmentation and execute marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital and social media.
  • Create and refine business models using tools such as the Business Model Canvas. Understand and apply basic financial concepts, including startup costs, revenue projections, and cost analysis, to support entrepreneurial decision-making.

  • Apply entrepreneurship knowledge in a real-world setting by launching or refining a business. Evaluate business performance, formulate growth strategies, integrate mentor feedback, and explore funding opportunities for sustainable business growth.
  • Prepare to launch your business by creating and testing a prototype or minimum viable product (MVP), developing a go-to-market strategy, and preparing for operational challenges. Explore opportunities for business expansion through scalability planning, funding strategies, and continuous market adaptation.
