  2. Differentiate between personal and professional values to resolve ethical conflicts when working with individuals, organizations, and communities.
  3. Differentiate between appropriate communication styles for clients, interprofessional teams, and communities to achieve specific human services goals.
  4. Evaluate needs, challenges, and interventions relevant to target populations.
  5. Analyze organizational policies and procedures to identify areas that may unintentionally limit client self-determination or disrespect individual values.
  6. Critique the strengths and limitations of different theoretical frameworks in explaining specific developmental milestones.
