The Transfer General Education Core - TGEC - Certificate requirements for this degree require a minimum of 30 credits. The TGEC Certificate requires a minimum of one course from six areas of study.   • Evaluate various mitigation strategies to design a comprehensive hazard mitigation plan that integrates risk assessment data, community partnerships, and sustainable practices to minimize the impact of natural and human-caused disasters on public safety infrastructure.

  • Evaluate various social issues that impact positions in public safety.
