DEGREE NOTES:

Leads to Certified Beer Server® Exam in HOSP 152 , Certified Specialist of Wine Exam in HOSP 153 . At the completion of the HOSP 251  class, students will take the Certified Hospitality Beverage Exam. The Certified Specialist of Spirits exam and Principles of Food and Beverage Management Certificate Exams are administered in HOSP 253 . The Beverage Management Certificate may also lead to employment, and/or completion of Associates in Applied Science degree. You must have proof of being at least 21 years of age to be in this program.
