  • Evaluate technologies that are critical to Supply Chain Management.
  • Outline the role of supply chain management in coordinating a business’ entire production flow, from sourcing raw materials to delivering a finished item.
  • Design a warehousing and distribution plan for a new e-commerce company, including the layout, technology integration (e.g., WMS and automation), and resource allocation, and justify how the proposed design will optimize efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze a business process using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, differentiating between value-added and non-value-added steps and identifying the root causes of process variations and defects.
  • Compare best practices across at least two additional supply chain disciplines to determine their effectiveness and applicability to specific operational scenarios.
