- Outline the role of supply chain management in coordinating a business’ entire production flow, from sourcing raw materials to delivering a finished item.
- Design a warehousing and distribution plan for a new e-commerce company, including the layout, technology integration (e.g., WMS and automation), and resource allocation, and justify how the proposed design will optimize efficiency and scalability.
